How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone: open Settings, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, find IWillBe, then Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find IWillBe, and request a refund. If Apple denies the request and you believe there's been an error, email us and we'll see what we can do.
I was charged after the free trial — what happened?
The 3-day trial converts to the paid annual subscription at the end of day three unless auto-renewal is turned off beforehand. To avoid future charges, cancel in the Subscriptions screen above. For the most recent charge, see the refund instructions.
I want to delete my data.
Uninstall the app. Because IWillBe is offline-first and has no account, all of your selections, favorites, and cached audio live on your device — removing the app removes all of it. See the Privacy Policy for details on the small amount of anonymous analytics data we keep.
The app crashes / a feature doesn't work.
Email us with your iPhone model, iOS version, and a quick description (or screen recording, if you can). We read every report.
Can I restore my subscription on a new iPhone?
Yes. Sign in with the same Apple ID, install IWillBe, and tap Restore Purchase in settings. Apple handles the rest.
Where do the affirmations come from?
They are written and curated by us. Spoken narration is generated via ElevenLabs text-to-speech, cached on your device after first play.
Do you have an Android version?
Not at the moment. iOS only.
